Your duties

  • End-to-End Support: You are responsible for the entire customer interaction until the contract is signed, negotiating with the relevant departments, purchasing, or the client's management. Utilizing all suitable tools at your disposal, you aim to finalize the contract. Your goal is 15 new customers in order to achieve a service ratio of 30 customers.

  • Strategic Consulting: You comprehend the unique needs of our customers and serve as their trusted advisor in utilizing our software.

  • Illuminate Customer Relationships: You nurture and deepen relationships with our customers, ensuring that they are not just satisfied but genuinely delighted.

  • Turning Troubleshooting into Upselling: You address challenges with a smile and proactively work towards helping our customers achieve their goals. Leveraging this foundation, you identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to continuously maximize customer benefits.

  • Indirect Product Development: As the key customer contact, you gather valuable feedback from our customers, convey that knowledge to our Product Tribe, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products.

Your profile

  • Are you a fresh career starter, do you come from a consulting background or have you already gained some experience as an Account Executive (m/f/d) in a startup? We are very open to different entry points.

  • You are passionate about convincing people of value-adding solutions and guiding them on the path to digitalization. You enjoy visiting clients in person to foster personal relationships.

  • You are rapidly developing, absorbing every piece of advice from our Senior Account Directors (m/w/d), and mastering all techniques from Solution Sales.

  • Culture matters to you - with us, it's all about teamwork, and as an integral part of the team, you continuously share your learnings with colleagues.


How will you be measured?

10x Target

  • Every AD is expected to win 10x his/her fix salary as ARR. If you move below 8x in a quartile we need to change this fast. In addition to your fixed salary, you will receive 10% of the ARR you earn each month.


3 AUDITS pM 

  • You win and execute 3 Discovery Meetings = Audits or Assessments with existing and potentially new customers


1x New + 3x Expansion pM 

  • If you would earn 120k fix, on average you win 1 New Customer from your target list at ø 60k ARR and expand 3 customers at ø 20k ARR every month.


20h Airtime pW 

  • You spend half of our working time with customers in Audits, Retreats, Calls, …


Trusted Advisor 

  • Our customers value spending time with you because they trust you and you provide unique advice
