Your duties

  • You identify the needs and interests of a potential customer and build relationships with decision makers from various industries
  • You arrange meetings and ensure a smooth start of the sales cycle
  • You are responsible for maintaining customer interactions and information in the CRM system to ensure efficient lead management
  • Responsibility for the entire first phase of the sales cycle, from initial contact to arranging follow up calls
  • You will further develop promising contacts by setting up initial product demo appointments for the responsible Account Executive
  • You use the CRM software Salesforce to keep track of everything and generate evaluations
  • You organize yourself and your appointments independently and also take care of the preparation and follow-up of your meetings yourself

Your profile

What you need to bring with you
  • Your Bachelor's or Master's degree or a good reason why your studies were not for you.
  • Determination, persistence and the ambition to be responsible for your own personal success.
  • Enjoy active telephoning and professional direct sales and an extremely high level of customer orientation.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to inspire people about something with ease and a bit of humor.
  • Very good knowledge of German, both verbally and in writing.
This is what you can expect
  • Starting salary 40,000 - 55,000 including fixed salary and variable performance component. Possibility of development after 18-24 months to Account Executive with up to 100,000 € salary as well as in other directions such as Marketing or Customer Success.
