The Customer Success Squad

Our squad is made up of true customer experts and sales talents who focus on the customer. The challenges of our customers and finding the right solution for them are what drive us every day. We approach them proactively and always put success at the center of our operational and strategic collaboration. Our team is successful when our customers are with the job store.

In doing so, we work as a team toward two goals:

1. Our customers get the best possible service and therefore continuously renew their licenses for product use. We have managed this extremely well over the last few years and have continually increased the ø remaining term of the contracts. We also have a very low churn rate.
2. We give our customers the best possible advice and show them how to achieve their strategic goals. Every second company books at least one additional feature within 12 months. To further improve this rate is the goal of the Success Management Team.
