Our Customer Operations team

In the Customer Operations team, we look after all the JobShops of our existing customers. We do this by responding to requests, problems and suggestions from our customers. We process the requests in Freshdesk and are available for our customers by mail and of course also by phone. Our goal is to make our customers really happy with our service and to make sure that they can use their JobShop optimally every day.
